Ministry Focus
Our Children’s Ministry focuses on leading children to become lifelong followers of Jesus.
Newport is a family friendly church. We love children! At Newport, our children’s ministry is called Kidstown. This ministry is uniquely designed for children; newborn through 6th grade. In these classes biblical principles and godly values are taught by our trained volunteers and staff. All of our volunteers understand the importance of instilling biblical principles and godly values early in a child’s life.
Classes are divided into Nursery, Toddlers, PreK-K, Grades 1-2, Grades 3-4, and Grades 5-6. Kidstown children are dismissed to classes after worship in the main service.
